• Please check in at the desk first rather than walking through.

• Everyone must where a bathing suit.

• Sit on a towel in the saunas.

• Guests must be 14 or older and minors must be accompanied by an adult.

• Do not bring metal into the sauna. Lose jewelry and other metal items like metal water bottles will heat up and potentially cause burns.

• Leave sandals and shoes outside the sauna.

• Ask before putting water on the sauna stones.

• Be sure to hydrate between sauna sessions.

• No alcohol or drugs.

• This area is a nonsexual space, please refrain from engaging or encouraging this kind of behavior.
