The sauna lifecycle
Move through heat, cold, and rest at your own pace.
Most people start with 10–15 minutes in the sauna, followed by 10–60 seconds in the cold plunge, then 10 minutes resting by the campfire or in the warming lounge. Repeat as many times as you like.
There is no “right” way to do Firewatch. Wander between spaces and always listen to your body.
